If you have started a non-profit organization (501c3) and applied for the Google Apps for Non-Profits prior to obtaining your proper tax classification from the IRS, you will most likely be rejected by Google for the NPO program.

In the event that this does happen, and you now have your proper tax classification supporting documents from the IRS, follow these instructions:

  1. Ensure your organization is properly and accurately listed in GuideStar
  2. Visit the following website "My Organization Was Rejected for Google Apps NPO"
  3. Click on "Contact Us" and then you can fill out the new details
If you have already done this and were summarily rejected again, please verify that you meet the eligibility requirements for the Google Apps Non-Profit program.
For any other issues, please contact us directly by creating a new support case above.
